Deer Creek Brewery is housed in a 13,185 sq.ft. production facility featuring a 2,000 sq. ft. brew house, a 1,310 sq.ft. tasting room, a 3,700 sq. ft. cold room, warehouse space and loading dock. With 5 fermentation and 2 brite tanks, our facility has the capacity to brew up to 4,000 barrels per year, with plenty of capacity to grow. Our tasting room has up to 24 taps featuring our own beers, as well as guest beers from Barley Island. We do all of our own brewing, canning, and kegging on site.
The building has a long history in Noblesville. At various times it has housed Fred’s Frozen Foods, Central Soya and Emge Meats, all of which packaged and processed meats for local businesses and distribution. In fact, one of our cold storage rooms was known as the “bacon room” because they processed 100,000 pounds of bacon a week! (the other cold room was known as the “ham room” for the same reason). One of the existing cold storage rooms houses all of our filled cans and kegs, including the taps in our tasting room. Additional storage rooms will be utilized for barrel aged and sour beers.
